Wicked Launches Industry-First 100-Year Warranty for Fiberglass Pump Boxes

This bold move sets a new benchmark for durability, compliance, and builder confidence below the waterline.

Raw-water demand in modern boats has expanded rapidly, with sea chests & pump boxes now tasked with feeding livewells, generators, Seakeepers, and washdowns. For the past two decades, many builders adopted stainless steel boxes, but field experience has exposed consistent issues: galvanic corrosion with metal pump boxes, crevice corrosion at welds, and ion leaching that stresses bait health.

The warranty transfers seamlessly when a vessel changes hands — the new owner registers the box, and Wicked Wells manages the rest.
